WHEN IS THE RSVP DUE?
Once you receive your formal invitation, we kindly request you RSVP online by February 1, 2025, in order to provide accurate numbers to our wonderful vendors. If we do not hear from you or your family by this date, you will be marked "no."
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO VENUE?
We suggest you arrive in town Saturday, March 15th, to ensure you are on time for scheduled events on Saturday. Several hotels have a late afternoon check-in, and our ceremony is set to begin at 4:00pm on Saturday.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
We kindly request all guests to arrive no later than 3:30pm, and be seated by 3:50pm, for a prompt 4:00pm start time. There will be plenty of time to catch up with one another at our cocktail hour and reception!
CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. Their names will be listed when you RSVP online. Please be courteous of this.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Formal, cocktail attire. Please no jeans, baseball hats. We suggest dressing warmly and bringing a sweater or scarf due to the cooler fall nights! Please note our ceremony and cocktail hour are scheduled to take place outside, weather permitting.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY?
We kindly request you refrain from video and photography during our ceremony, as we will have hired photographers and would like to have no cellphones in our photos.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT YOUR VENUE?
Yes, along with a parking lot attendant; for those who decide to drive to the event, please park in the large lot. We will have directional wedding signage at the venue site to help guests find their way. All vehicles must be picked up by 9am the following day.
ARE CAMPERS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?
Rvshare and campers are welcome on the property. Please park between the trees past the dumpster.
IS THERE A SHUTTLE?
Don’t Miss The Bus!!
Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue so you can safely and leisurely enjoy our wedding ceremony and reception.
Shuttle will depart from Hampton Inn at 3:00pm and will depart Holiday Inn at 3:20pm. Shuttle will return following the reception at 9:15pm (first trip back to hotels) and the latest at 10:50pm (second trip back to hotels).
Please plan to be in the front lobby at least 5 minutes before the shuttle arrival.
